OnSite LifeCare was established by professionals with over twenty years in healthcare. We are a Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA) approved by the New Jersey & New York Department of Health.
As of 2019 OnSite LifeCare NJ division has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for HomeCare (CAHC). This is a voluntary process for healthcare providers.

Our CEO and Founder
Dr. D. Bartholomew, DNP, MA, MBA, RN is a Doctorate-prepared professional with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Nurse Executive programs.
Her background includes instruction in RN programs, patient and family education initiatives, and solid clinical experience in infusion therapy, home care, hospice services, and other areas of healthcare. Her decision to establish a home care company was made after working in the health care industry for over eighteen years. Her first hand knowledge of the growing need for such services was a primary influence. She is licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York and New Jersey(Multi-State), have completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice, as well as Master of Arts/ Nurse Executive and Masters in Business Administration degrees. Her background encompasses didactic, clinical and simulation lab instruction in RN programs, patient and family education initiatives and solid clinical experience in infusion therapy, home care, hospice services and maternal-child health.
Throughout her years in practice, she has earned the respect of her colleagues for improving patient care services, as well as many educational honors.
